In accordance with the provisions of the current legislation on the protection of personal data, more specifically in the General Data Protection Regulation (“RGPD”), we inform you about the processing of your personal data as a customer during your relationship with Bambolinas and after the completion of it.

Bambolinas will only process your personal data necessary to fulfill the processing purposes stated below. They are: name and email address.

If you do not provide us with your personal data, we may not be able to register you. We ask that you update your personal data when there are changes to it and always provide true information, as we must have your current information.

We inform you that the data you provide in this form will be processed for the sole purpose of providing information about Bambolinas training.

The legal basis for data processing is the registration as a customer of Bambolinas training when you accept the terms of use.
How long will we keep your data?
The personal data you provide will be stored for as long as you maintain your current subscription at Bambolinas.
However, the personal data provided may be kept properly blocked for as long as required by the applicable regulation.
To whom will your data be communicated?
Your personal data will not be communicated to any third party outside Bambolinas or PROACID.
What are your rights?
The data subject and/or their legal representative have the right to access their personal data that are subject to processing, request the rectification of incorrect data or, if applicable, request the deletion of data that are no longer necessary for the purposes that were collected, in addition to exercising the right to object and limit the processing and portability of the data. If you have obtained the consent of the holder of the personal data, the latter has the right to withdraw his consent at any time, without prejudice to the legality of the processing based on the consent prior to the withdrawal.

We implement the necessary technical measures in order to protect your data and information from accidental loss, unauthorized access, use and disclosure. However, despite diligent implementation of such measures, the user must know that the security measures are not impregnable. Bambolinas is not responsible for the actions of third parties who, vulnerable to these measures, access the aforementioned data and information.
